Karen Langlois is an interdisciplinary artist whose focus is constructions and installation using hand assembly processes, particularly stitching. She works with reclaimed books and textiles to explore themes around narrative and identity.

Karen began studies at the Toronto School of Art after 20 years as an Early Childhood Educator. She now lives and works in L’ketuk, Mi’kma’ki (Port Medway, Nova Scotia) where she recently completed the Visual Arts Nova Scotia Mentorship Program.
